When he was a kitten Oscar was saved from being euthanized because he was born with a difformaty at his right back leg.
He has surgery and recovered very well, but he still has that surgery instinct in him trying to defend himself or better yet he's productive kicking the cat that passes him
He walks a little funny but he can jump and do whatever he puts his mind do.
He needs mostly wet food as he had all teeth extracted except the ones in the front.

He's a lover-boy wanting attention, purring, and happy to cuddle with his human. Sleeps in bed next to his human or lays on the desk.

He would do great as a single cat in the household and would tolerate your dog or put him in his place as he has no fear lol.
